Nick Kurz graduated from Texas Christian University and is originally from St. Louis, Missouri. His interest in real estate was sparked by joining the real estate club at TCU. The summer before his senior year, he interned at 1045 Real Estate, which specialized in commercial real estate management. During his senior year, he interned as a development intern for Red Sky Holdings in Dallas. Nick is known in the DFW market as a hard worker with great organizational skills and is unafraid to take risks. He takes pride in helping his clients with his market expertise and attention to detail. Under the great mentorship of the top brokers in the Dallas office and extensive market research, Nick has quickly developed a reputation with his clients for his ability to find solutions to his clients’ needs.

While attending Texas Christian University, he was an active member of Sigma Nu Fraternity and a student assistant in the office of the Chancellor. While growing up in St. Louis, Nick spent most of his time playing basketball, football, golf, and baseball. During his free time, he enjoys playing golf and basketball, listening to country music, and spending time with his family and friends.
